• Alan B. Sharaf, Esq. is a leader in the Real Estate conveyancing community with a specialty in implementing logical solutions to complex title problems. He has a strong interest in the intricacies of Massachusetts Real Estate law and is active in trying to resolve the outdated legislation. Attorney Sharaf is a Trustee of Clark University and has been a leader in ESAC, a local agency specializing in foreclosure prevention, elderly housing issues and violence prevention for youth in the City of Boston.
• Betsy J. Kelley, Esq. spent many years utilizing her degrees in Marketing and in Management as a Property Manager, overseeing over three hundred residential and condominium complexes. Admitted to the MA Bar in 1992 and NH Bar in 2005, she is also on the Steering Committee of WREN, Women's Real Estate Network, a group dedicated to developing home ownership opportunities for women. She has an impressive track record of successfully closed loans and loyal clients, exemplifying her dedication and expertise in this fast-paced, ever-changing industry.
• Michael R. Maloney, Esq. is a native of Maryland who, prior to relocating to New England, sharpened his entrepreneurial skills in the financial services and hospitality industries. His natural talent for customer relations and his skillful training of closing attorneys ensures seamless transactions while his steadfast commitment to all of SKM's lenders and their affiliates has created a loyal following. Attorney Maloney is a significant member of the SKM partnership, bringing substantial financial, sales and real estate experience to the closing table.
